Occupancy History of Properties Mar 29 2006, 11:24am

I am wondering how to find out the occupancy history of a specific properties. Any ideas? SO far I have not come up with anything. I believe the properties are rentals and this makes it more difficult.

There are paid services you can request information about anyone that lived or received at that address
