What are accepted reasons for returning / exchanging an item?
You may return or exchange your purchase if it meets any of the following criteria:
We sent you the wrong item
The item you received is physically defective
The item is substantially different from what was advertised
Requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any reasons other than those listed above may not be accepted. Exchanges for faulty merchandise will be made at the discretion of BSC, LLC.
How much time do I have to contact BSC, LLC about returning my purchase?
We will issue a RMA by email and schedule a pickup via UPS if you contact us within 2 weeks from the date that you received your shipment.
What if I send back an item without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
Any returns sent to BSC, LLC without requesting and properly filling out a RMA form will be returned to the sender unopened.
How do I send returns?

- Email or call BSC, LLC for an RMA form that will be emailed to you.
- Schedule a pickup of merchandise or Mail the product back to:

We recommend that you use a BSC, LLC provided UPS account or other traceable method of shipping when you send us your return. BSC, LLC will not be responsible for returns lost during delivery if you do not use a traceable method to ship your return.

The laws of the State of Illinois shall govern this Agreement, and jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. This Service and the Sites on which it operates is owned and controlled by Background Screening Consultants, LLC, from its offices in the United States of America. Use from other locations is at the risk of the user, who is responsible for compliance with local laws. Our failure to enforce any portion of this Agreement at any time will not constitute course of conduct or waiver of any kind, and will not act to modify this Agreement. Our rights and obligations under this Agreement may be assigned to any party at any time without notice.
